A: It weights 225 lbs

Q: What is the tongue weight?

A:  It is 24 lbs but can be varied by the way you load the camper

Q: How many cubic ft of storage space is in the camper?

A: There is 15 cubic ft of storage with the tent & pole bag in the camper and 18 cubic ft without the tent & pole bags

Q: How much is the gross weight of the camper?

A: Your total gross trailer weight is 500 lbs 

Q: How much weight can you put in the camper and on the luggage rack?

A: You can put a total of 275 lbs of gear

Q: What are the measurements of the camper without the tent set up.?

A: The trailer body measurements 38" wide x 62" long x 19" high , Overall trailer height  35",Overall length of trailer  86" 

Q: What is the size of the tent?

A: The tent is 50" wide by 118" deep

Q: What is the size of the sleeping area and what size mattress does it hold?

A:  50" wide by 76" long  and you can use a double size mattress or 2 singles.

Q: What size is the dressing room?.

A: 50" wide by 42" deep 

Q: What is the total height of the tent?

A: 88" high at the peak.

Q: What is the tent floor made of?

A: Its made of a thick heavy duty polyurethane material  that is waterproof and borders about 6" around the bottom of tent

Q: What the tent poles made of?

A: They are steel

Q: How long does it take to set up a camper?

A: For one person it takes about 7 min's to set up a camper, however it may take longer the first few times

Customizing & Graphics

Q: Can you paint the camper to match my bike?

A: No, we are not set up for custom painting.

Q: Can I get the camper without the diamond plate fenders?

A: Yes, you can downgrade and deduct $50.00 off your order.

Q: Can I get just the diamond plate graphics without the red graphics?

A: Yes

Q:  I want to put my own graphics on the camper. Can I get the camper without graphics?

A: Yes, however we do put our logo on the back or on the tongue.

Q: Can I get graphics to match the color of my bike?.

A: No, we don't do any custom matching.

Payment, Order & Shipping

Q: Do you take trade ins?

A: No, we are the manufacture Roadman Campers and only sell our campers.

Q: Do you finance?

A: No, not at this time.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept all Major Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. All personal checks require a waiting period of 7 business days to clear before a camper can be picked up or shipped. All payments are processed when we receive your order

Q: Can I pay a portion down and pay the remaining balance due at a later date?

A: Yes, we require at least half down and the remaining balance due in full before we ship or it is picked up.

Q: Can I order online?

A: No, we are not set up to order online. You can email us an order but need to call us with payment info.

Q: After I order a camper how long will it take to get?

A:  All campers and trailers are built to order with the options and upgrades you order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery or pick up.

Q: Do you keep campers in stock?

A: It depends on the time of year, we try hard to have extra campers in stock but its not always possible during our busy season (Feb- Oct)

Q: I have a trip coming up and I'm in a hurry, can I get a camper in less time then the 3 week time frame?

A: The best thing is to order early but sometimes it is possible to get one to you faster then the 3 week time frame . It all depends on the time of year and how many campers are on the list.

Q: How are the campers shipped?

A: All campers and trailers are shipped in a wood crate and are shipped with the tongue and wheels detached. Minimal assembly required.

Q: What is the size of the shipping crate and how must does the shipping crate weigh?

A: The crate is 33'' high x 43'' wide x 66" long and the shipping weight is about 350 lbs

Q: Will the shipping crate fit in a pick up box?

A: Yes

Q: What shipping company do you use?

A: We use Lakeville Motor Express -LME

Q: Does the shipping price include shipping insurance?

A: Yes, they are insured for the full value of the camper and the options you order.

Q: Do I get a tracking number so I can track my camper?

A: Yes, after we ship I can either email or call you with a tracking number. The website for tracking is  http://www.lakevillemotor.com/

Q: In the shipping details you say shipping to a business address or shipping dock. What is a shipping dock?

A: A shipping dock is a Lakeville Motor Express certified shipping dock  that is used for shipping and pick up.

Q: Why is there an extra charge for residential shipping?

A: Residential address's requires a lift gate, a lift gate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can lower a shipment from the truck to the ground.
